The rapid spread of SARS CoV-2 and the dramatic increase in Covid-19 illnesses during recent days have presented us all with major challenges.
Naturally enough, the protection of our employees against infection with the virus is our number one priority. Furthermore, we will continue to guarantee the supply of our customers.
Since the beginning of the corona crisis, our emergency team has implemented comprehensive measures for the safety of our personnel and the prescribed hygiene and safety regulations have been introduced systematically all of our locations. Moreover, we have also taken further voluntary precautions.
At the same time, we are working flat out in order to ensure that out delivery agreements with the customers at all of our locations are honored. We also intend to continue to maintain supplies to the maximum extent feasible.
Our workforce, customers, partners and suppliers are being provided with a constant flow of information regarding new developments and measures. We are in direct contact with our stakeholders and, above all, confer with our employees and customers as frequently as is possible.
We wish to take this opportunity to thank all our personnel worldwide for their enormous commitment. We are witnessing astonishing flexibility and dedication, not just on the part of the colleagues who as usual are carrying out their daily tasks in production, but also those who are supporting us from their home offices.
